First things first, you need to get a quote. You can do this in one of the following ways...
The easiest way to request a quote is to fill out the Get a quote form on this website. It will ask you all the questions i need to know the answers to, in order to give you a detailed quote.

In many cases, id recommend we meet in person - we can either do this before you book, or after, but it gives us a chance to meet each other and discuss your event face to face.
If possible, meeting at the venue is recommended, especially if its somewhere I have not been before...that way, I can assess how much equipment will be needed, we can discuss where you would like me to set up etc etc.
Once you confirm you are happy to go ahead, we will confirm the booking. In some cases, a non-refundable deposit will be required. If your booking requires a deposit, we will contact you by post and confirm your booking upon receipt of payment. If you wish to speed up the process, its possible to pay via paypal - just ask for details. Where no deposit is required, confirmation will be via email.
With your event fast approaching, I will get in touch with you again. Not only as a courtesy check, but at this stage (if we havent already discussed it) I will ask for your music preferences - any specific artists, genres or tracks that you would like (or would like to avoid!). Now is also the right time to advise us of anything else, such as times for games, food, cake cutting, singing happy birthday etc etc.
The next time you hear from me, it will be in person, at your event. Its at this stage that any remaining balance due must be paid. Enjoy your event and let me take care of the music.
Shortly after the event, you will hear from me again to ask for any feedback you may have. I welcome any feedback...good or bad and would appreciate it if you could submit a testimonial on my site.
